KG Planning was pleased to receive notice that this well designed extension had gained planning approval. The council agreed that the scale of the extensions were sympathetic and subordinate to the original house and that the use of matching stone and slate roof tiles ensured that the main extension and porch respected the character and appearance of the property.   The proposal met the requirements of national and local plan Green Belt policy and was considered not to be a disproportionate addition over and above the size of the original dwelling.
